bogger44 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Beautifully done Randy, just as you always do. Acapulco Blue has always been one of my favorite Ford colors, and it suits the Shelby very well. The white interior really sets it off.

slider51 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Nice work! That blue with white interior was a great choice!
Brudda Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Really nice build! Best 69 Shelby color. Cool Build! Just a note; Carroll Shelby was a goodyear tire distributor. Every shelby had goodyears out of the factory. But a friend of mine put firestones on, as soon as he bought his shelby, and would not run goodyears.
59-Desoto Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Spectacular !!!!!!!!!!! Love the colors and the detail work
Mark IV Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 69-70 Boss 302s came with Goodyears only. All Shelbys came with Goodyears.
RandyB. Posted July 11, 2015 Author Posted July 11, 2015 Why the debate over tires? It's entirely possible that the owner had them switched because they didn't care for Goodyear. Plus, Firestone still had their reputation back in the day. So why not? My thoughts exactly Ben! Who said this was a factory stock build in the first place?
