Ryan S.
Beautiful work Tim. Can I ask what type of airbrush you use and what pressure you spray at? Those paints look great.
taaron76
Ryan, I just use a $25.00 badger that I've had for 20 years. I usually spray between 20-30 PSI. Thank you!Tim
taaron76
Finally finished this one up... I broke the front windshield, ordered a new one and somehow that one got broken as well, so I ended up making due with a split window. Maybe I can run across one if the future, so I left the body/frame unglued, just in case. Tim

microwheel
Hey there Tim Buddy, sorry I missed your build progress on this one. I was away from the site for awhile taking care of lots of honey do lists and other personal issues. But I'm back now. Man what a nice job. Sorry to hear about the window issues.Jim
taaron76
Jim - great to see you back on here. It's been insanely busy for me as well, but I'm trying to get some time in now that the holidays are here.Tim
exesivefire
Paint looks excellent! I am going to have to check out those Gravity paints. This looks really well built, very clean. I do have a couple questions.First- What process do you use to flock? that looks way better than anything I have done.Second- What camera are you using? Your pictures look fantastic. I do have a couple questions.First- What process do you use to flock? that looks way better than anything I have done.Second- What camera are you using? Your pictures look fantastic.I just pick the color closest to the flock in flat and flood the surface with paint and sprinkle the flock all around. I make sure it is really covered, then brush it off a few hours later.Nikon D3300 is my camera. Thank you!Tim
