Hey everyone! This is my first post on this forum, looks like a cool place to hang out!

This is an old MPC '72 Pontiac Grand Prix. The color is Sunrise Red Pearl lacquer from Testors. The wheels are Pegasus, and the steering wheel is from my parts-box.

Thanks all!

I've always liked these old boats, one of my favorite cars of all time. Now, if I could only find a model of a '71 Buick Riviera! :P

Very nice model. I am kinda partial to these "Old Boats" too as Dirk calls them. ( If one can run low 12's in the quarter and bury the 140 speedo on a straight stretch of interstate all day long with very little modification, I'll drive an old boat any day ). I happen to have a handful of MPC 69,70,71&72 G.P. models stashed away just hoping I will be able to build one that looks half as nice as yours.

Beautiful GP, Pokey. Very clean, and nice style. An interesting kit, too. Wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of these. Nice work.

Great looking Poncho.

Did GM have something against front end styling during the '70s?

Pokey, nice clean build. My dad had one gold with white qtr top, interior. It had the dual gate shifter and I used it alot, but he didn't know it. B)
