Aoshima announced a new 1/24 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento due out late this year.

Linky

Hopefully some day we might get an Egoista to go with the Sesto and the Veneno and complete the trifecta of mad bulls.

We have known about this kit since the Nuremberg Toy Fair , but it was not "officially" announced , any ways here are a few pics of the 3D printed mock up

I suppose if you wanted to help pay to keep the lights on at Stevens or some other middle man it might cost that. I personally haven't paid more than $35 for any current production Japanese kit...ever.

As of right now that's not part of the product development plans, but if people want an Egoista then they need to "petition" Aoshima, or even Fujimi for it.

Do you know of any way to contact Fujimi? I've never seen a website or found a FB page for them.

Wow! Aoshima have blown me away with the last couple of releases, the amount of detail rivals Tamiya now.

Reproducing the finish on this thing is going to be a PITA, and probably very expensive in CF decals.

Nice, knew it was coming, but I'd rather see a Huracan.

I'm sure its in the pipeline with with Aoshima or Fujimi. The Huracan's only been out a little over a year now. It took close to two years for the first kit of the Aventador to make it out.

That's exactly why I never got a R35, at my local hobbylobby bout 10mins ferther than micheals which is a good 30min drive away, it was $65! I walked away disgusted! Picked up an aoshima merc benz sl63 amg (non custom wheel version) for $25 instead!

Thats why you buy direct from Japan, its cheaper, and you are not paying marked up imported prices.

True, but i thought i had got a good deal on the merc sl63. Well atleast i was happy with it, n thats all that matters right? Lol. Speaking of the sl63, is there a sl65 (the v12 car)same body style years in kit? Also is there any aftermarket parts for my sl63?

The 6th Element took a few months longer than it's original Christmas release, but has passed muster in Italy & Japan and was released this morning. Looks to be exceptionally well detailed without being exceptionally complicated to build. The kit can be built either as the prototype or one of the 20 production vehicles so if nothing else you'll net a spare set of wheels for your purchase. People who are willing (or have a plethora of reasons why they can't use a Japanese vendor) and pony up for the Export version will get a clear body for the increased price tag your LHS charges.

*dusts hands* Onto the next Super Car!

It's in my HLJ Private Warehouse w/ a Belkits Escort and the Hasegawa N360...debating on whether to ship now, or wait on the Ebbro '69 Lotus F1 car that's supposed to be out next month (but that kit keeps getting delayed, was supposed to be out in '14 originally).
