Bryan Whitson Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Hello all, and thank you for allowing me to join. I have been putting models together since I was 4 or 5, starting with the simple snap kits and moving up to the more difficult kits. My first attempt at a real model was Bobby Allison's 1983 Miller High Life Buick. I am mainly interested in full-fendered stock cars, anything from NASCAR to the Saturday night short trackers. I am also into building TV and movie cars. I haven't built anything in quite a while; with a full time job and a full time family, it's hard to find a free minute to lose myself. But, I am a funeral director by trade, and my doctor has "recommended" that I find a way to relieve some stress, and model building was always my favorite outlet. I am what you would consider a reformed model railroader; since I have no space for a credible layout, I have decided to revert back to my roots and try my hand at model cars again. With my background in model railroading, I am really wanting to attempt my first diorama. Man, from what I have seen here, I really need to up my game! You guys are awesome! Again, thank you for having me. I will proclaim praise when I can, and will post builds as the begin...soon, I hope! If I get out of line, please feel free to knock me back in! Thanks again!
