landman Posted April 11, 2016 Author Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) Added mirrors, parking lights, horns, etc. Working on the trailer connectors. Had to make some wipers since I can't find those that were with the kit and the Snap Pete's are too large. The following two are for Dan. They actually open & close. Tesla Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I love the results! With the hinged hood and fenders, you knocked it outta the park! Excellent detailing.
landman Posted April 12, 2016 Author Posted April 12, 2016 (edited) There. I'll put five in the BRBO under glass however once I have a chance to do it again outside I'll likely replace them. Edited December 31, 2020 by landman
10thumbs Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Great looking Pat! The applications and overall look really please the eye, nicely photographed too. I like those wheels, but I'm a rookie. Looks like power!
SergeB Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Pat St-Martin Excellent model turned. A good combination of colors. And the mechanics on the wings and the bonnet was surprised and pleased. It seemed that a little shorter it was necessary to make the tailpipes. But this is only my opinion.
landman Posted April 13, 2016 Author Posted April 13, 2016 Sergey, the tailpipes are this tall because this truck will pull a car transporter full of classic cars. The idea is that the soot will fly over the cars rather than at them. But yes, they ARE tall.
gatorincebu Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Awesome job Pat from start to finish ! Be Well Gator
RandyEarle Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 That thing is sharp! You did a great job on this build.
Superpeterbilt Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Nice work Pat. This is a great looking truck. This will look good sittin next to that old orange GMC.
landman Posted June 29, 2016 Author Posted June 29, 2016 turned out great ;-)) Thanks Ken but if you look at the others so far it'll make the calendar if there are only 11 other entries.
72 Charger Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Really nice Dodge Pat but I think I have missed something Why have you put a Viper motor in it?
