Since I enjoyed building and painting the "Beach Bunny " I decided since I had 4 others I would build another. I am waiting for some supplies for other builds anyway.

They are a fun build Ray and a person can spend some time and use their imagination on these kits. Sometimes if you go to a craft store that has a dollhouse section you can find items for your build.

Is that above all the parts in kit? I hope there is more than that. (Y haven't opened up mine yet.)

Thanks guys. As said before, they are a nice change of pace. I was getting a little burned out on just autos so I decided to shake it up a bit. Space ships from TV coming next.

One of my pace changing things is building spaceship kits designed in, or of designs designed in the 50's and 60's, depicting a future that never came. At least not yet. I love the optimistic view, whether realistic or not, we had of the future back then. Gene Roddenberry, Irwin Allen, and Gerry Anderson are some of my heroes for making my childhood future so much fun and hopeful. And it's not just their's and other's fantasy stuff I love. I love the proposed spacecraft that never came true either.

I've built models of Star Trek's Enterprise, the Forbidden Planet's C-57D Space Cruiser, 2001's Space Clipper, AMT's Lief Erickson, Space 1999's Eagle, Disney's Man in Space 3-stage rocket, and others. I'm working on MPC's Pilgrim Observer, and Disneyland's TWA Moonliner. Plus others. I've built two different versions of Irwin Allen's Seaview. And two different versions of the Flying Sub also. Plus Moebuis' Jonny Quest Dragonfly. All these have, and still do, take me on great fantasy trips around the universe in my imagination. It's a lot of fun.

By the way, my "holy grail" in this genre is Revell's 1959 space station. The one shaped kind of like a coffee can. I hear it was a poor seller in it's day. So now it's become very rare and very desirable. And very expensive! I've written to Revell about it. To see if could ever be reissued. I was told the molds for that one are long gone.

I just bought 2 and am about to start one. I got a Thunderbird 1 in its launch pad ( diorama ) and I am starting a Mobius model of the Spindrift from the TV show "Land of the Giants ".
