FORDSVTPARTS Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Just finished my second build after several years off, It's built as a barn find gasser that's been brought back mechanically so it could be used but the body shell has been left untouched.
louie Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Now that's nice. What a great job with the weathering. Is that the Badman kit? Â Whatever kit it is WOW!! Just gives me inspiration to improve myself. Thank you. Â Â Â JeffÂ

This is the Revell '55 Chevy that some say is the same body shell as the Badman, I modified the wheel arches and removed the side trim. I had started this kit years ago with the intention of going a different direction.Started building again and took another look and decided to go this route, I really enjoy the process of doing the patina and weathering.
DumpyDan Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Sweet! Great detailing with the patina, looks good
signmike Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Cool model. Shows a lot of creativity...Well done, sirÂ
sk8erdave Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Great job on the weathering. I plan to do the same concept with a hemi dart, an old race car thats still going strong but showing its age.
Roadrunner Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 I don't normally go in for rust, but this one looks pretty cool. Nice job.
