Hello guys,

i'm new here and want to introduce myself. My name is Michael Andrasi and i come from Stuttgart in Germany. I'm 52 years old (only for the next three weeks) and i build many models when i was young. My favorite models are Trucks in 1/25th scale. I stopped building models in mid-eighties and return to that hobby in 2013.

The first model i build up was Krupp Titan from Revell of Germany.

Not really good, but after 25 years of non-building.

Then i build up some cars in 1/16th scale and some military trucks in 1/35th scale.

And then the first US Trucks, a Revell Kenworth W-900 and a Peterbilt 359, both from Revell of Germany.

Meanwhile i've build up three more trucks which i will show you in the gallery.

Please apologize my bad english and the fact, that maybe not all technical details are correct. That's not so important for me, i love the overall impression of a good looking truck.

Thank you very much.

Wilkommen, Michael!  This is a great place to be!  Outstanding job on your builds!!

Thank you all. I must look around a while, it seems there are many outstanding modelers here. :)

Welcome to the forum. Michael. Those builds look like they just came off the road ... very nice!

I spent two years in Neckarsulm many years ago and lately have been longing for some wine from the Neckar Valley as I remember it well. Most I can find here is just too sweet and not the "earthy' flavor as I recall it. That region must not expert like the others.

Sorry for the memories but I do recall field trips in a tanker down the Autobahn to Stuttgart for some jet fuel, and trying to break the governor on the truck.  :o

I'll be looking forward to seeing more of your builds. :)

Welcome Michael!

I'd be interested to see more photos of the '57 T-bird.

It's a nice color & the paint job looks great, but the angle doesn't show enough of the car.

Very nice Michael!

I assume this is the old AMT 1/16th scale T-bird?

I remember those old gems!

I had them all at one point or another.

My favorites were always the '57 Chevy convertible & Nomad, & the '55 Chevy Belair.

I had at least one of the T-bird kits back then too.

Looks sweet!

Steve, you're right, i already have the '57 Chevy Convertible here. On this kit, the dashboard and the windshield frame was my first working with BMF.

Thanks, Michael

Hello Michael, nice looking models.  I'm hoping to get to get to Hamburg this summer to see miniature wonderland

I can say, it is worth it, i was there in 2006, it's amazing. Have many fun there. ;)

Thanks to all.
