It happens every four years so it's something special!

Here's something related and cool from my stamp collection. This post card was mailed in 1908 which was also a Leap Year. It was mailed on February 28th, and has a receiving postmark on February 29th. (Mail got receiving postmarks back then). Pure coincidence, the card on the other side is a birthday card. I'll bet I'd never find another one like it!

Saturday, my GF and I celebrated leap year with a dinner of kangaroo and frog legs at Hell's Kitchen in Minneapolis. As dark humor, I asked for mine poached (HA!). The waitress either didn't get it, or refused to acknowledge the political incorrectness, just said, "I don't think we serve it like that but I can ask the kitchen." I kill me.

At the company where I used to work a girl in our department was born on February 29 and her brother was born 4 years later on February 29. Quite a coincidence.

Where in the heck is Hell's Kicthen in Minneapolis? I've live here all of my life, and I've never heard of it. Is it new? And other than kangaroo and frogs legs, what else do they serve? Do you recommend it? And please explain your joke. Because I don't get it?

The joke is kangaroo poaching can be a problem in Australia. PM on Hells Kitchen.
