I found this one quite easily. Two features of the car gave me a great direction, but I ended up with an other brand than I had expected... I was surprized by it's location as well.

I'm guessing you say that because the car's in the Louwman Museum in the Netherlands.

correct! Though I wasn't aware of that.

I thought the car was a Renault because of the shape of the hood. I was wrong, but it lead me in the right direction...

....My search finding was similar, I was thinking very early Panhard by the shape of the hood but now that you mentioned it does resemble more of Renault.

I started my search with Renault and Panhard for the same reason, I also searched "dog cart" for the body type, but none of that got me anywhere. Eventually I went for early automobile, and there it was.
