Howdy, All.

Does anyone know if North Carolina Trooper decals are available on the aftermarket for this kit? Most of my searches lead me to the Lindberg Charger/Crown Vic. kits.

thanks!

Chimneyville used to make em, the Mustangs used the smallest possible circle seals because of its size. Many police decals are way over-sized for Revell's SSP...the only way to truly know is trial and error or custom decals.

Thanks for the tips.  I don't think the eBay fellow's decals will work.  I'll reach out to him, though.  Maybe he does custom stuff?  Here's a picture I found of the NC Highway Patrol (Trooper) Mustang:

I would think the Chimneyvilles would work. Ican't imagine the state getting a different size just for the mustang.  Of course they did get that batch of reverse painted Caprices a few years back....  I will try to see if I have a set this week if I can remember to look - I used to have a couple sets..  Don't ever get old - you cant' remember to do things that aren't essential to survival.  lol

I can guarantee you that differing sizes of logos and graphics can and do occur.  When you get down to it you're really just dealing with some adhesive stickers.  Easy to print in multiple sizes.

Check it out!  Ask, and ye shall receive.  As suggested by Jeff, I reached out to Kevin "neatstuff4all" on eBay and he worked up a set of decals for the NC State Trooper Mustang SSP.   Looks like he has several copies for sale.

I've somehow managed to screw up my reply there. :)  Anyway, Kevin "neatstufff4all" made some and has some others for sale on eBay.  They look to be of good quality.  Thanks for the suggestions!

Anyone have a pic of his decals on a vehicle yet? I was looking at a few sets but some looked real grainy but I couldn't tell if it was the lighting, picture or the decals themselves.

Thanks Earle

Mine arrived today.  I thought they looked pretty good and I'm looking forward to trying them.  That is, to my eye, they look pretty sharp. That said, I've not actually seen them "installed" yet.
