tabsscale1 Posted December 11, 2016 Posted December 11, 2016 Here is the second one That i have in a build off on Facebook starting to get out of my slump with this one
espo Posted December 11, 2016 Posted December 11, 2016 Nice color. What did you use for the interior tuck n roll ?
tabsscale1 Posted December 12, 2016 Author Posted December 12, 2016 The Tuck and Roll was a sheet of plastic that I cut the grooves in and then made a mold of it. Then I pour Craft paint in the mold and let it set up. Leaves a sheet of plyable paint that i just cut to fit the holes in the seat and doors that I cut out. Got the Idea from Steve Boutte .
ChrisBcritter Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 Sweet job on the body/paint work. Is that Testor's Root Beer lacquer?

HotRodaSaurus Posted December 13, 2016 Posted December 13, 2016 Looks a bit like the Jack Calori coupe from the cover of a 1949 Hot Rod magazine, though that had Buick skirts.Does this kit come with a pre-chopped top?
DumpyDan Posted December 13, 2016 Posted December 13, 2016 Like the car, great chop top. have a few myself. Love them wide whites.

tabsscale1 Posted December 24, 2016 Author Posted December 24, 2016 Well got most of the interior done
charlie8575 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 The brown with yellow interior is going to be a really pretty car. Perhaps do a cream-colored roof to suggest a head of foam? Charlie Larkin
geetee66 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 The 36 is a gorgeous car.I chopped the Dick Tracy version, then found there's a version with a chopped roof.D'oh!yours looks like it's going to be a real beauty
