The Tuck and Roll was a sheet of plastic that I cut the grooves in and then made a mold of it. Then I pour Craft paint in the mold and let it set up. Leaves a sheet of plyable paint that i just cut to fit the holes in the seat and doors that I cut out. Got the Idea from Steve Boutte .

Looks a bit like the Jack Calori coupe from the cover of a 1949 Hot Rod magazine, though that had Buick skirts.
Does this kit come with a pre-chopped top?

Yes this is the chop conversion that comes with the kit takes a little work to get it to fit and look good

The 36 is a gorgeous car.

I chopped the Dick Tracy version, then found there's a version with a chopped roof.

D'oh!
