Modelhaus used to offer the stock wheels (the promotional models had them), but you're a few months too late to order from them.  The newer AMT/Ertl Edsel kit has stock wheels; it's the same model (Pacer) as the older kit.  For the Buick, you might see if you can turn up a damaged promo model and swipe the wheels from that.  Watch out for the friction toys; some of those didn't have the correct wheels.  The frictions were made as toys, so they weren't concerned about correctness as they were when making the dealer promotional models.

The '58 Edsel is easy.

The ones from the newer AMT kit.

The Buick is a bit more difficult.

Modelhaus carried them........well, there you go.

For some stupid reason, AMT had the correct wheel covers on the promo, & the ugly spinner wheels in the kit.

So, if you can find an old busted up promo with the wheels intact, you're golden.

Otherwise you could go the wire wheel route.

Unfortunately, the Buick wires I used on my '58 were from Modelhaus as well.

You'd have to find another acceptable wire wheel.

Thanks fellas. I had a feeling my options were going to be extremely limited. When I did my 58 Bonneville I had ordered modelhaus promo wheels for it ( and darn glad I did )  It looks sooooo much better that way .

Just not sure I want to buy a complete 58 Edsel kit just to part it out for the wheels. gonna have to think about that one. Is the kit still avail new ?  If so,,,,,I might be able to  get the kit at hobby lobby with a 40% off coupon ???? but that still puts it kind of rich as a parts kit

The Buick I had a feeling was going to be a bear. I was hoping , maybe just maybe something would have been avail as a custom wheel in some other kit ( 62 Chrysler 300 wheel covers in the 58 Impala kit as an example ( thanks for that tidbit btw ) )

Hmmm, I just picked one up in a Hobby Lobby less than 10 days ago.

An Edsel?  Don't think so, unless they've got some old, old store stock.  The Edsel has not been produced by Round 2, and they took over AMT in 2008...

Don't bother with Edsel promo wheels either; for some reason it has an enlarged version of the 1/1 car's dog dish hubcap! The ones on the newer kit are OK unless you don't want to use the optional tri-bar spinners; then you'll have to fill in the three little mounting holes.
