crowe-t Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 (edited) I got some Evergreen Clear Sheet Styrene and noticed it has a slight bumpy texture. It's very slight but it's there.Has anyone noticed this?Does anyone know if Plastruct Clear Sheet Styrene has any texture or is it completely smooth? Edited January 14, 2017 by crowe-t

TooOld Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 I think maybe the protective film is still on your sheet . . . it peels right off .
aurfalien Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 Which ones do you have, Plastruct or Evergreen?Oh sorry.I have Evergreen in various thicknesses both clear and white. All are smooth.

cowboy rich Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 I have a few sheets of evergreen clear and they are all smooth, a hiccup in the run maybe? How bad is it could you wet sand it smooth?
crowe-t Posted January 24, 2017 Author Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) It has just a slight bumpiness(texture) that seems to be in the plastic. It isn't 100% smooth. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to look???I tried polishing some of the bumpiness out and it still looks about the same.Has anyone used the clear styrene from Plastruct?
