So far................

Had to put alloy tube over the cross frame rails to get it to set square.

Great looking chassis and the "wood" looks perfect. Was this a decal or hand painted ?

Looking good. Interior colors are very beachy, remind me of Florida. Woodgrain looks good, nice job. Looking forward to seeing the porthole panels installed too.

OK Bill, today's stuff....I kept the cross bars on the roof rack............

I've put a couple of clear gloss coats on the Tamiya Candy Apple Green............

I test fitted the hatch but caught it and the cross bar and took some paint off as it is a very  tight fit,so have had to paint again!

And put in the tail lights.....................

Thanks unclescott58. and so am I.Today............ the paint has dried I've got the hatch to work properly but not the nose light, it just wouldn't stay still!

And the steering works...........

And the hatch closes!

Today's progress, I'm glad I chose the colours as a surfer's vehicle should be bright and cheerfull.
