I had no clue. Cute, in a runt puppy sort of way, but kinda looks like the result of a night of wild passion shared between a post-war Crosley and a riding lawnmower.

My search terms were "french woodie  microcar". It was in the top of results.

I just searched  "microcar woodie" and this was the first photo that came up.  A little stunned it was that easy.
