Neat work, I've done this conversion as well but I used the amt fleetside and revell stepside. I see you got the roof sorted out already, I found it to be a pig of a job to get looking right but I did my doors a bit differently.

Oh, this is too sweet.....I'm with you on the door pillars.....Looks much better the way you've approached it.....Man, I've gotta do something like this.....Excellent work....

OMG! Great job on the cab and the hood, which is a pain in the boot. Note to self: assemble and putty the hood b4 painting all 4 hood parts! Re-doing my hood today. Your 66 Fleetside set the bar for me. Will post up when done. Looking forward to this completed project. Bookmarked.

Hey Dan, now your just a bad influence !

I picked up a 65 chevy to use the custom wheels & sell the rest on. After seeing your build ive just bought a 2nd 65 lo!. The 65s are cheap here but not manny 66s availible. Does anybody know if the 65 & 66 kit beds are interchangable ?

After buying a 1:1 Silverado crew cab gotta admit im getting hooked on all of them.

Dan buddy...man that 65 is looking good.  Id love to have a 1 to 1 crew...they ride better than the regular trucks due to their long wheelbase.  I have plans for a few crew projects myself in the future.

Dan that truck is looking good,  I have been working on the 53 ford we traded, I put NASCAR suspension front and back and a little customizing thinks,
