Motor City Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Are there any available other than small and large die cast? It would make a great 1/25th kit and could be built in several versions (pace car, Earnhardt, other special editions) with the V6, supercharged, V8). I'm surprised it hasn't been done by Revell.

There was 1995 Monte carlo's made by Brookfield collectors guild.
Jordan White Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 It could have been a good option back when it was released, but as of now the newest model is 10 years old, and I don't think they would create a kit of a 10 year old econocar when they make only a handful of new kits a year. The only version I could potentially see even being considered would be the 2006-2007 V8 SS.
Swifster Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 In the realm of getting multiple kits out of a base package, an Impala SS or a police car could also be made out of this...Not interested myself, just saying...

Except that there already exists a plastic (Revell) and diecast (Miasto/Testors) kits of 2000-2005 Impala police car out there.I agree with Jordon, if this car was going to be done, it needed to be done back when the car was still new.

Yep, and here are both examples. The Revell snap kit is on the front of the top deck, and the Miasto is directly behind it in the middle.
