That would be me Scott. Once I get the side body scan from Kerry, I'll be able to make them fit his body. They probably won't quite fit the stock Milner kit. I won't know until I get the scan and get a Milner kit for myself.

I didn't have time to do the scans today, had to run to Flintstone's and drop off a couple projects for him to cast and ran to the hobby store to get some paint!!!! the body I made is pretty close to that of the MPC kit body..  it does have a little more kick up in the rear like the real car does, and it's shorter under the engine (side panels). Not sure what kind of market is out there for a body but I do know someone out there is making one now!!! Altered States I think!!!??

im going to take pics of my body next to the MPC kit body along with scan of my body and the side panel that I used to get the initial side panel cut without the top curved portion of the body. That will give a better idea of the true side panel.... then the scan of the entire body will give overall side size of it!!!!!

Thanks Jesse but all I needed was a to size scan of the decal sheet and a scan of the body Terry is working on. I got the scan and have begun working on it. Thank you kindly though.

No worries, just trying to help. But, I do have a spare resin body if you would like to borrow that.

Thanks for your offer. I'd would like to borrow it and check the size against Kerry's body once I get his scans. Can't be too much different. Maybe i can make something for the side to fit both. Is this resin body the one from Altered States?

My bodies came from Fremont Resin and where copies of an original MAG kit. Skip Samples put the body together and cut out the cowl section for a better fit and look. The side engine plates are still the original kit size and need to be trimmed to look more like the movie car.

I'll post up some new pics of what I have in the next day or so. I have the engine side panels cut back the way the real car is.....

Brad and I talked by pm, it may come down to my asking a caster to cast this and offer it along with Brad's decals so a better looking Milner kit can be offered!! See what happens..... I saw my friend that is letting me borrow his Milner kit and he told me if we do this he'd be interested in a body and decal set!!! Lol ?

Got a pair of big block valve covers on the way and will be re working them. Along with that I've been doing some more body work on the tins.. Been sanding and getting ready for putty!!!!

Body is cut sanded and ready for filler..... I need to add filler on the sides to level it out and filler on the top behind the roll bar to add a curve to the top and round it out a bit more......

Very nice! I just found an unbuilt Milner dragster on eBay and should get it in a week. I have an older copy of the decals but I'll copy the kit one and maybe use those as mine are not crisp. I'll use your reference to build mine. Here's the "kartoon version" I did LOL

Hey Dr Kerry, what color did u use? I was just going to go with chrome yellow. Sorry if u said it and I missed it

I haven't painted it yet, to be honest and haven't gotten as far as figuring out paint yet..... could possibly be the Tamiya color but not sure yet......

Last night, I got to peak in the box of a friend's who has the Chuck Naylor version of the Milner dragster and to see his decal sheet. I was surprised to see the yellow border on the decal wasn't actually yellow but gold. I ordered the Altered States version and we'll see how it looks when it arrives. I got the cowl artwork finished and will await the AS version before proceeding.

Thanks to Carl, the valve covers are getting close to being done!!!!!! Carl sent me the Max Rat Chevelle covers and I had a nice pair of resin covers here. So I cut and sanded the Chevelle covers til the name plate was all there was!!!!!! Lol
