my66s55 Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Although I have a vacuum former, I agree with Bill and find that process is alot easier to use. I use my heat gun set on low temp and the windshields come our perfect.

MrObsessive Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 If you can't get clay, you can always mix up some Plaster of Paris (most Arts and Craft stores carry it), and back up the windshield like so..............
