If you're lookin' for B-5 Blue, I got mine in a spray can from MCW Automotive Finishes.

That particular shade of B-5 (there were several variations) looks very much like Model Master Nassau Blue.

PS,

B5 wasn't a color avail in 1968 .

Thats a 1969 and 1970 color - coded EB5 , 1971 it became GB5 and is just a touch darker than previous years

 

For 1968 Roadrunner the Blues were . EE1 , QQ1 and UU1.

 

QQ1 is the closest to B5 but Q1  has a tad brighter brilliance to it.

 

To answer the OP, the best bet is with the smaller companies making paints specifically for model car use.

Scale Finishes is enamel.

MCW is a lacquer

Judging from the chart and pics of the model above, I'd say Model Master Nassau Blue would be a pretty good match for UU-1.
