Draggon
I use Ultra-Restore by Innovative Hobby Supply. I think it works fantastic. http://www.innovativehobbysupply.com/featured-products/ultra-restore.html
afx
I've used a polishing wheel in a dremel but you need to be careful not to melt the plastic. Novus should work as well just take a little longer.

Snake45
The Trim nail sticks sold by Walmart (when they have them; they've been out for weeks now) do a fabulous job on flat or flat-ish surfaces.I've also had outstanding results with Wright's Silver Cream, a silver polish also sold at Walmart. espo
I have used Meguiar's Plastic X polish on a couple of old kits that where molded in color. Polished by hand and they looked great. It also will restore your head light and tail lights to look like new. It will even work on a scratched instrument cover and a scratched plastic dash and console.
