PatW Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 (edited) Having spent a while with my previous resin bodied DoKa, I thought I'd build up the Hasegawa kit that I'd copied so many bits from. Firstly my inspiration was the SantaCruz Cycles Truck. So this is mine with shaved door handles, and a few additions, rusty-ish truck floor, sun visor, scratchbuilt wipers/exhaust pipes, truck style rear view mirrors, and borrowed the bikes from the DoKa. Plus home brewed decals. Edited August 29, 2017 by PatW
PatW Posted August 30, 2017 Author Posted August 30, 2017 Thanks guys, yes I had a set of Porsche Fuchs alloys with tyres in the spares box so used them on this.
pharoah Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I'm usually not a big fan of modded VW's but I like that one!

Dann Tier Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 WOW!!!!!..................No words for how cool this is!!!!
PatW Posted September 9, 2017 Author Posted September 9, 2017 Thanks again Dann. As said I take my inspiration from pics I see and try and create them with what I have available.
DeeCee Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 That is COOL !! Nice work Pat, i have done the "copy" thing a few times, and it is harder that most people think, as it is a "real life" set of instructions.
PatW Posted September 10, 2017 Author Posted September 10, 2017 Thanks Dale and your dead right it's not as easy as it looks copying a 1:1 vehicle.
