carsntrucks4you Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) It seems that this weeks auto quiz was a challenge for you. Expect the unexpected - 1968 - 1975 Paulussen Beradino . If you read the story behind the car you will fall in love with it. If you had the chance to talk to Johannes Paulussen it is not easy to stop him. It was great to talk with hin during the Schloss Dyck Classic Days 2012 Edited October 28, 2017 by carsntrucks4you
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 23, 2017 Posted October 23, 2017 PM sent, beautiful car!X2. Actually, this angle doesn't do it justice. It's one of the cleanest, best-proportioned cars of its type on the planet, and one of the few that looks really really good from every angle. That's a tough trick to pull off, even for the top-line styling studios.
Dragline Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 Stunning from where I sit. And I thought the 1965 GTB was a looker.
otherunicorn Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 I'm pretty sure I found every sleek red sports car on the planet - except this one.
carsntrucks4you Posted October 27, 2017 Author Posted October 27, 2017 Here a second hint. The engine is from a german sports car manufacturer
carsntrucks4you Posted October 28, 2017 Author Posted October 28, 2017 It was a really tough challenge but some of you found the solutionChrisRDonWAce-GarageguyotherunicornCongratulations guys.Next weeks challenge will be an easier one. I promise!
DonW Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 It's all great apart from the door mirrors - I preferred the other set I've seen fitted to the car.I prefer the hard ones, I thought the second clue was a real giveaway but apparently not! Thanks.
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Here's a few more pix for the click-challenged. This thing is REALLY good looking...and even more impressive as it's owner-built.
otherunicorn Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Believe it or not "One-off sports car" was all it took to find on Google. It was the second car pictured!
