Dodge Driver Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 My jaw nearly hit the table when I saw the level of detail in this kit . You've almost single-handedly turned me into a Ferrari nut with your posts .
MrObsessive Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 The front end on that looks like it should build Sterling Moss's '61 winner according to the link. I'm a BIG fan of this car having built one about 20 years ago using the Italeri kit. I'd like to get this MFH's version, but YIKES the price! I guess I'll just be content with the one I built, and the other Italeri kit I'll just keep a street runner someday. Frank, if you can get to the next meeting, I'll bring the one I did........you'll be tickled by it!

BVC500 Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 This isn't a new kit, right? It's another version of previously existing MFH SWBs.
Exotics_Builder Posted October 26, 2017 Posted October 26, 2017 This isn't a new kit, right? It's another version of previously existing MFH SWBs.True. The 250 GT Lusso was the last 250 variant I recollect and that came out at the end of last year. They do get resupply out to vendors from time to time, though

I do frequent the site this was new to me. They are fairly accurate in terms of stock so if you want it, buy it now as it won;t be on sale for long.I personally like it myself but from what I hear about the MFH kits, they are a lot of work, for the advanced modeler of which I am not to an order of magnitude. In fact I seem to be regressing, very disappointing.

Also, I don't think MFH's chrome work is the best, and don't feel like spending additional hours tweaking and hundreds of $ to have parts re-chromed to my standards. Edited October 26, 2017 by BVC500
