fordf-100 Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 Hi everyone, I just finished this up they other day. I built this as a replica for a friend of mine, it was a car he owned in the 60's. The paint is dark blue metallic with a blue interior. His car did not have wire wheels but the steel wheels with hubcaps. The tires are AMT white walls with the rims and hubcaps from the parts box so they are close to what he had on his car.
skid896 Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 Very nice, I see these cars on the road quite often in England and always liked the styling. Nice that you detailed it for your friend as well I am sure he will appreciate that.
FabbricaP Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 Beautiful. The wheels look very nice on that car!
donb Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Nice color, nice foil, nice interior. Overall a really nice car. Super jib!
fordf-100 Posted December 5, 2017 Author Posted December 5, 2017 Thank you everyone for the nice comments!I really enjoy looking at all the fantastic work the people on this forum do, it kinda motivates me to get more building done!
El Caballo Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 The 3.4 litre was the engine to have in the 1:1 versions, it was for its time, the most stolen car in England.
