Tom99 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 I started with a broken, parts missing 1956 Ford Promo, that was going to be a challenge to repair. Here are some before and after pictures. It's painted 1956 Ford Goldenglow Yellow and Colonial White.
Renegade Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Wow. I think challenge is an understatement. Great save.
disabled modeler Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Shame these were tend to warp and most got broken up pretty badly but you did well with it in my opinion. I too like restoring the old promos..its rewarding to see them make a comeback.

Bob Ellis Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Outstanding redo on that promo! I like 4dr hardtops. Too bad all made in acetate.
espo Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Amazing save considering the damage and the material that the body was made of.
