My Amnesty build- 66 El Camino

So, here is where it sat, on my desk for quite a while. Couple years, perhaps. Just needs the BMF done (I hate that part) and a bit of odds and ends. Close enough that I should be able to finish it by tomorrow night, if I get crackin'.

Today I busted out the BMF and got started. After two hours I was here.

Then I had to go to a wedding.

Now I am back and at it full force. Time to get this one finished. Not much time in the year left. Stay tuned.

Just realized that I have no glue for the windows. Going to have to get up in the morning and make a quick trip to the store. I got the wash put on the grille. Enough for tonight.

I've got a Lindberg 1964 Dodge 330 stock sedan thats been sitting for at least 15 years..Painted/foiled and interior/engine done..Won't get done this week or month but I think its got to be done this year..Picture of body in paint only..

Unfortunately I hit another snag this morning and will be busy until I go back to work Tuesday. But, it will get finished by the end of the week. I am re-motivated. Sorry everyone. Stay tuned though.

Back at it. I got the windows in and the lights in the front grille. I used Future to glue the windows in. Funny thing is, I thought that I had left the Future at work while I was off so I couldn't glue the windows in. Last night while packing up all of my supplies to haul back to work I came across the bottle in one of my bags! I could have had this thing done by now....

I'll let it dry tonight and tomorrow I'll get the interior in and, hopefully, get the body on the frame. We will see what else from there.
