I remember a movie, perhaps remember is too strong a term, I think it starred Gil Gerard and I believe he drove a mid sixties Corvette. His buddy worked in a radio station and kept a police scanner in there. He would warn the Vette driver about the whereabouts of the cops by clues over the radio. Like by saying a certain street had a traffic jam or something of that order. Anybody have a better memory than me?

Why not just Google Gil Gerard and look at his filmography? Wouldn't that be a good starting point?

I did, didn't see anything but I'm not real sure it was Gil Gerard. Only thing I'm sure of is the premise and not real clear on the actors. Probably came out in the 70's or 80's. Just thought it might have jogged someone elses memory.

I looked at the list of Gil Girard roles on IMDB, didn't see anything that matched.  But it does sound vaguely familiar..almost like a ChiPs episode or something I saw on late night tv..
