Supernatural 1967 impala

This is my attempt to make "baby" from supernatural. Unfortunately the show car is a 4door, and I'm not yet ready to sew two models together yet, as it was I had to cut the trunk to display the demon trap and gun case.  Also found out here that getting 1/24 scale guns and props is impossible, you'd think there would be atleast garage kit props at this scale. If any one knows of somewhere that sales them let me know please

Also dust makes the paint job look like dog sh#t. Not sure how to clean safely.

Looks nice.  Making guns is not that difficult, and with your skills, you can do it.  My suggestion would be to get 1/35 scale guns as a reference and then size them up.  1/35 scale is a popular scale for military models and finding guns will be very easy.

very cool!! I've been wanting to try this myself.  There are some guns around from various police cars and the gangbusters Lincoln kit.  I've seen some get casted and offered on EBay. Shapeways is also a great source for guns and such.    One of the resin casters for Scale Production in Europe offers the 4 door body from time to time, but it's about $100.  He emailed me one time when it was available and naturally I was too broke at the time.

Well done though! Looks like you had fun.

Nice work! I did the conversion, and knowing what that was like I think you made the smart choice!

I think Replicas & Miniatures of Maryland has a set of weapons, too.

I think they make a 1/24 scale die cast of this car.

Greenlight makes it, and it looks pretty good but there's something weird going on with the roof.  It's like they didn't line up the skin and drip rails correctly, so it has a bit of a wedge shape.  Still, it's a good starting point if you're willing to do some light customizing.
