50fleetline Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Not sure who else has used these pens but boy do they work great. I highly recommed giving them a try. The ink doesnt lift the paint and flows right where is needs to go
RichCostello Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 They work good blacking out some chrome grills too.

afx Posted April 5, 2018 Posted April 5, 2018 (edited) Michael's carries them in the art supply section. I use them after paint. Edited April 5, 2018 by afx
ChrisBcritter Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 Has anyone had this problem: When using this pen to black out grilles, the ink beads up and pulls away from the edges of the slot you're trying to fill?
Againmikewins Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 Great tip! Worth a shot! I use Vallejo flat black wash for my grilles and recessed areas. Works great and flows evenly. Then, just lightly wipe up the raised areas.
