So glad to see the project isn't abandoned. Wish I had money for a coyote for my 1:1 though, I'm settling for a twin turbo 351. Are you gonna use a coyote from another kit (if there is one) or scratch build it?

Nope, haven't abandoned it, just very busy at the shop (I own a chassis and fab shop)

I found a very nice resin Coyote on eBay from Outlaw Speed Shop. It came with a stock intake, Boss 302, and a Whipple.

Coyotes are pricey, I picked up one out of a supercharged Roush Mustang with one burnt piston. It's being sleeved now.

I'm learning that I love fab work, might have to open my own shop one day. Also digging the work on the model. Does your 1:1 have both seats like that?

Well at first I was painting the car car a dark blue, but that came out like garbage. So I stripped the paint, and decided to go with black.Just sprayed and clear coated the car.Im pleased with the paint, but I just hope the rest of the kit goes together just as nice.
