Yes, I would prefer to not have to make my own gills . Looking around ebay this morning I got to  thinking the best route might be to combine 2 different year bodies.

All I need is the body(s) and hood(s)

And No I dont have the wheelbase in front of me right now, but can probably dig that up without to much effort ( I have a 4 drawer file cabinet full of vintage magazines I can sift thru if need be)

Didn`t AFX resin or drag city do this body?

Unknown by me. Ive looked off an on the past few weeks and found nothing except reliable resin and I'm a NOT going there for any reason.

At this point I think I am just going to make my own . So we shall see what I end up with ,,,good or bad

would it not be easier to convert this into a 67

No, Nothing body panel is the same between the 2 bodies

Fremont resin makes stretched wheelbase 67 Vette, but its a fastback. I'm thinking I may buy one of them and cut the top off and add the rear deck off a roadster or make my own from a 63 roadster back half and the 67 fastback front half. decisions decisions

I found that sentence very amusing - thanks for the chuckle!  I bet that by now you didn't think anybody would notice it. :D
