It will be about a week before I start to unpack the Hobby Room and set it up.  The "BOSS" will want the main level neat and usable first.  Here is the Hobby Room before the movers delivered:

Here it is after the movers left:

The nice thing about starting over is that you can decide to set it up differently than the way you had it before. I don't envy the task ahead of you, I have been through it twice and it doesn't get easier!

Lots of natural light will help brighten up the work area, nice room to have!

Wow what a room. I dig all the natural light and all the track lighting. Looks like you have your own deck balcony too.

Moving a model room is always an adventure. My wife and I flip homes and live in them at the same time, we've done this for the past 10yrs. In one case I moved my room 7 times  just to stay ahead of the renos and still be able to have a room to work and paint. Sometimes it was just a table. In one case I converted and electric sauna that was only  7ftx7ft into my work room, it was actually pretty comfy and quite cozy. We tend to move once a year so I have gotten pretty efficient at boxing and sorting my gear.

Best of luck with the set up. I'll be watching for the final set up pics.

Deck to the outside.  Lower level is still about 5 feet above grade.
