I agree Casey a good version of the older rims and tires would help. What could they do for a frame?

When they first announced the Bump side trucks I posted they should offer different rear bed configurations (dump box, flat bed, utility bed, tow truck and such)to help sales along. I see they are going offer a Utility Bed with the earlier trucks. It is good to see they are doing something that is not the norm with these trucks.

I think they could offer different style beds for any truck in kit form like the AMT ramp bed and camper and they would sell.

I'm guessing an all-new, longer wheelbase frame and rear suspension would be required, but I'm not too Ford F-series familiar, so maybe the front suspension would be new, too? I think a few 'new-wheels-and-decals' drag reissues, timed properly with the introduction of an all-new (mostly new?) ramp truck would get a few people interested.

Take the Revell F-350 duallie and stretch the frame a little bit and use a standard 2 door cab and it should do the trick. Is the suspension period correct? Depends on what year cab you use. The chrome wheels could be stripped and painted, engine could be back dated. I have a set of resin side panels to build a ramp bed truck from a F-350 frame, haven't decided on using the 65/66 or 67-72 Ford truck for the cab.

I agree. There are some resin options out there, but room for more!
