Kind of surprised at how brittle the clear plastic was.

Pulled the Camaro back out. Cut a suitable piece of clear plastic and glued it in place. I used a piece of a plastic from a box that screws came in. Does anyone know a source of clear plastic that can be used for windshields?

I'm constantly on the lookout for the stuff. I cut out and stash all suitably sized pieces of vacformed or "bubble" plastic packaging for cakes, foods, and all sorts of consumer goods. I score a nice piece of the stuff at least once a month. Keep your eyes open and you're sure to find it, too.
