E St. Kruiser50 Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 This is my buddy - "The Baxybrat" - LOL As you can see he's into models also. When he's not building his own stuff, he likes to play with mine, and then hide's them when he's done
MrObsessive Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 These are my two "Modeling Buds".........the gray one is Captain--------I've had him since he was a tiny 6 week old kitten (now 6) and the big orange one is KitKat (7 years old). He was given to me by a lady I worked with when he was a little over a year old because she could no longer keep him. Even though they're not from the same litter, they're best buds and they don't bother my model stuff. KitKat is pretty aloof, while Captain is always under my feet no matter where I am..............Maybe he thinks I'm still his mother since I got him so tiny and young! If I turn the air compressor on though, Captain's terrified of that and leaves the room now as soon as I reach for it!
62SS Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 "Lokey" Likes to hang out and watch, But never bothers any of my model stuff. He's a great cat... He carries that stuffed animal everywhere he goes. Ed

FactoryStock54 Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 My three "boys!" Itzhak (Itzzy) Asher and Oz (posing with Asher) These guys all stay on the ground floor and very seldom get up to my shop on the second storey. I suspect they'd take quite an interest in my models if given the chance!
sdrodder Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 hahaha. Got 2 rottwielers. One 2 year old and one 1 old. Great dogs. Only caught on trying to use a hood as a chew toy and took it from him and i think he got it as a started yelling at him. Never had a problem with them though. CAL Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 (edited) sometimes this guy But this lil french fry really likes the hobby room That's his natrual state... pissed off. I also have a 150lb rottie, but beside being to big (everything stops), doesn't go in the hobby room to often. Not a one of them, knock on wood, has cause any plastic distruction to speak of. The lil french fry, Gizmo, did take a nap or two on my Starliner while I was building it, but other they pretty much leave stuff alone. Edited August 30, 2008 by CAL
old low&slo Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 we have 3 cats and the main one is tiger and he is always climbing up on my work bench when I am not around and draggin something off the bench and bringing it upstairs and dropping it on the floor for us as a "present". I really wish he would quit doing that. luckily he has not ruined anything yet. I guess I will have to get more bins or something to keep stuff in so he cant do it. AND EVILONE YOU HAD BETTER GET A BIGGER TANK OR GET RID OF SOME OF YOUR FISH BECAUSE YOU ARE WAY WAY OVERLOADED IN THAT 55 !!!!!!!!!
Dave Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Here is one of mine, Bucky Kat after the siamese in the Get Fuzzy Comic strip. My first cat, always around, under foot,on models etc.etc.

kk916 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 This is Magoo. He's more than likely one of the best dogs I've had. I got him from the SPCA about a year ago and couldn't imagine not having him. Here he is having a rare moment....moving when food isn't involved. My girlfriend has a 7 month old pitbull puppy that I'm about 1 step away from killing (he's eaten model instructions and my shoes) but I still cant find my ###### camera charger so pics of him will have to wait.

lizardlust Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 (edited) First off are my two ladies, Daisy and Sophie: Both are GOOD girls - except when their authority or dignity is challenged!! Next, we have the resident of the "Group W bench", Snoopy: A rescue, we presently believe him to be a cross between a beagle and a potted plant - DEFINITELY not "Doggy Mensa" material!! wdcav Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 My dogs know to stay the hell away from me when I'm working on my models. But sometimes I will keep one of my crested geckos crawling around my shoulders while I'm puttin around with something. I have 11 of them right now, so I like to give them some out-of-the cage time. And they make me laugh while I work.
