Chris Smith Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 I have spent the better part of 2 years on this build. I do have a thread in the Big boys section. Hope you like Chris
Gramps46 Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Well done. Glad you could stick with it and share the finished result with us.
Belugawrx Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Great work on that Ferrari Chris ! The old Tamiya kits take some work to make them look good.. Yours looks fantastic ! Cheers
Lizard Racing Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Good looking build of one of my favorite F1 cars. Back when race cars looked like race cars. Jacky Ickx was one of my heroes.
BigTallDad Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Great looking model. The valve stems are a very nice touch. As a suggestion, you might want to consider darkening the insides of the exhaust pipes...it looks like the engine was never started or run.
Brudda Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Great pics and great build!!!! Really cool subject also!!! Super job
Hi-Po Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Nicely done! I agree that the exhaust pipes need to be darken.
FabbricaP Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 That’s just beautiful Chris, amazing job. Is this a MFH kit?
Belugawrx Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Just found this clip for the movie "Ferrari 312B the racing car that changed the history of F1" Came out just last year.. I need to see this movie
bbowser Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 Beautiful! I agree, you need to blacken the tailpipes.

Chris Smith Posted March 7, 2019 Author Posted March 7, 2019 Thank you all for your kind words. I agree on the tail pipes...There will be a 2.0 version down the road
