Thank you everyone, she is coming along

Seat done with modified belts from an Eduard PE set

Tub assembled, some carbon finer attempted and made some race net from hockey tape vs painted Tamiya tape....hockey tape for the win!!

She also got the first two steps of her green dress applied...clear still to go

Now that I am finally back to my PC and I now remember my password, I can now say how much I am loving this build. I would also love to know what Green your using as it looks spectacular. So much so that it's making me want to go buy one

The Paint is Splash Green Hell Mango overtop a white UMP/Stylenrez base

Just wait until you see her now, almost done. The Tamiya engineering is spectacular on this kit, so it is then just a free for all of detailing

Ok a little tire teaser.

I worked out I could do this to the tires

Notice the green printing...clear Tamiya Green

But I broke a connector inside one of the front tires so I drilled out the centre and Ca glued in an appropriate sized brass tube

Wheels are gloss UMP Black with gold centers

Then the Body

So I am going for an AMG flagship not the specific one racing, so it is a bit different than the green hell decals from SK decals

The carbon fibre is from Scale Motorsports and is gold with black weave

So this is Splash two part green hell mango. Hate to say it, but the 2k gloss clear is the last of my Gravity Clear. I will switch over to Spalsh 2K clear soon

Ya the gold Mr Metal Color and the gold carbon fibre match perfectly.

So she is just all green, gold black and gold carbon fibre

I'd never heard of them until you posted this, so thanks for the info! They look like great paints to work with. It's a shame I don't think I can get them here in Australia though. The one and only stockist I found had a warning that they don't ship overseas as it's a restricted paint. Must have some pretty interesting stuff in it! I only had a super brief look into it on my lunch time but I shall look into them more soon.

Thanks again and your build is astonishing! You've got a great finish on it and the scheme really smashes it in terms of choice. It's taking all my will power not to buy one because of this build

I cannot easily get Zero paints in Canada, so Splash is the way to go at the moment for me.
