Is there a source for Early Ford (model T& A, 32) outside door handles ? I know R7M has the interior handles and cranks but I do not see any outside handles.

Thanks

Check the Revell Ford model A and T kits. They have very nice chromed ones. Caution and care are needed getting them off of the sources though. Thin and delicate parts on heavy stories can = disaster.

I recommend that you do some on-line research if you going to be adding outside door handles to open Ford model T's as not all of them had handles on both sides of the car. Look closely at the AMT '25 Ford roadster body and you'll see that only the passenger side door actually opened. The driver's side door did not open. The door profile is just stamped into the sheet metal.

When I first posted this in April I had a couple 32's that had been finished and in the storage process one or more handles had gotten knocked off. I do know to research my builds before and during my builds. I do have some replacements now. I do need a "T" style handle I will need for the "rumble seat" type of trunk lid. I haven't started searching my parts stash for that yet.

While we're on this topic, does anyone have a rumble seat handle for an AMT '32 Ford that they don't need, or know where I can get one without buying a whole kit?  I have my late Dad's roadster, but the handle is missing.  Thanks!
