SfanGoch Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Nice work! I was nine years old and attending a wedding reception on July 20, 1969. I made my way to the bar in the front of the reception hall so i could watch this on TV.
Spruslayer Posted July 19, 2019 Author Posted July 19, 2019 Thank you Joe I was at home with my instamatic camera taking pictures of the tv screen,as i recall that dident work to well ?
unclescott58 Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Very nice. Though, the face in that kit reminds me more of astronaut Dave Bowman, than Neil Armstrong. Still, you did a very nice job on the kit.

Spruslayer Posted July 25, 2019 Author Posted July 25, 2019 An invasive species brought from planet Nibieru by the aliens to terraform the moon so modelers can have a world all their own ??
stavanzer Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Ah. I understand. Since copper undercoats are needed under some kinds of chrome, they are just helping the "Modeler's Eco-System" to get established. It is all beginning to make sense now. I wonder when we'll see photos of the tiny ' injection molding' bushes. I hear that they can be hard to see until they bloom.
