Sounds like fun.  The display only idea isn't original but it's a start.  I've only been to local IPMS events and of course they are dominated by armor, planes, ships and figures and the quality of the entries is usually top notch.  I do wish they would bring the National to the DC area one year.  It would be a natural to have it at the Air & Space museum in Chantilly VA.

Since I live about 15 miles from the place, I have no excuse not to go. Hope they have some cars.
