Jeff Johnston Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 This is the AMT kit with the doors opened, etc. It's painted Lime Gold by MCW with 2-part urethane clear. I hinged the doors and trunk, and added all the details such as engine wiring, trunk mat, fuel line(s), etc. If I could choose any 1:1 non Shelby Mustang as my favorite, this would be it... Hope y'all like it
Dave Wood Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Looks Great!! Jeff Love the trunk Mat What did ya use?

allgosvo Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 jeff, it looks awesome. i am also a fan of the 67-68 body style. i have a basket case of a 68 sitting in my garage right now. i hope comes out as nice as your scale version did.........paul
rv1963 Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Great work and i really like the engine details and your hinged trunk and doors. Oh yes nice trunk mat.
MrObsessive Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Great job on hinging the doors Jeff! The color is great too.........one of my favorites for a '67! I'm curious about the trunk mat too............I'm trying to replicate one for my '55 Ford, as they had the same Burtex type trunk mat.
James Flowers Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 I agree very nice indeed . I have fond memories of the 67 and 68 mustangs I had back in the day. You did that one justice.
Smart-Resins Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Actually, that looks good! I like it!Jody
