Sledsel Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 (edited) I started a build thread on this, and it stalled Well eneded up with a paint issue on the hood, then when fitting I found the hood would not close because of the air cleaners. Ended up sanding the middle of the hood almost paper thin. Then the rear wheels would not fit under the car, so mods needed to be made. Nothing fancy, not even wires. The decals dual quads, wheels tires and exhaust tips are the only thing not out of the box. Ohh, and the rear window film. Looks good on the shelf, so I am happy with it. Fairfax Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 Very nice 63. And the wheels are absolutely perfect ! Succeed !
TarheelRick Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 That is indeed one fine looking Corvette, very nice color and those wheels really make it shine. My favorite year is the '63 and my favorite body style Vette is the original StingRay
Koellefornia Kid Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 That's a sweet split window! I like how the Smoothster wheels fit nicely under it! it!
