I started this kit about 20 years ago and not all of the decals would stick so it was put away in a box. I pulled it out not long ago and with the help of Goozalot (thanks again George) with a set of decals and now it is finally finished. Monogram 1986 #25 Tim Richmond’s Aero Coupe Monte Carlo

Looks great,  too short a life for such a talented driver

Yes it was, makes you wonder what his career would have been like had he not passed away....

Always liked this livery, nicely done!  Richmond would have given Big E a run for his money, great driver and a character off the track.

One of my favorite periods in NASCAR.  Dale, Rusty, Daryl W, the Alabama gang.   Stock cars that were not the COT.  Good job on the car, makes we want to build a few.

Thanks guys, I think he really would have made things harder for Earnhardt. I’ve done DW’s M. Dew regal also and have a few more from that time frame I’ll be getting to soon. Definitely in my favorite time of Nascar
