TarheelRick
Definitely one fine looking MOPAR. I really like the mid 60's Dodge/Plymouth drag cars. They were just too wicked. As far as making a set of fenderwell headers using solder I did a set for my SCRambler, I think they came out pretty well.
Brutalform
Looks great. I’m going to eventually try my hand at them. What size rod did you use on yours? What did you use for the collector?
Brutalform
Finished the Dodge tonight. The tail lights were a tad annoying, and I wish they fit a bit more flush then they do. I’d like to post it under glass, but I’ll have to wait till tomorrow when there is better light.
Scott8950
That's a very nice build! you nailed it.. It reminds me of the little old lady from Pasadena ? A brand new shiny red super stock dodge..
moparfarmer
Very nicely done and super clean..Did you can it or airbrush and what paint..The beginning shots in light grey primer make it look tough..Always liked light grey primer but Duplicolor doesn't make the color anymore in sandable primer..Hard to find Plasticote now.. Brutalform
Thanks guys. Tamiya gray primer. The color is Tamiya Italian Red TS-8. Testors Gloss Coat clear. Both out of the spray can. I don’t own an airbrush yet. I’d like to get a spray booth first, then maybe an airbrush. It gets frustrating not being able to find the colors I want to use, out of a can. An air brush would make color choice much broader.
