I would use Tamiya Metallic Orange over gold or silver. I have a model painted over gold that is about dead on to that color. No photos. 

This is metallic orange over gray primer.

Strange as it seems but that color isn't listed by almost every maker of scratch paint. MCW doesn't make it.

The Tamiya color looks like a good choice over silver.

Fyi.

Go mango isn't even close to that.

 

Flaming orange has a lot of big metallic in it.

Go to the site I linked above, choose your vehicle as: 2003, then Chrysler, then PT Cruiser. Scroll down to Tangerine Pearl (code VE/AVE). They have it, it's a weirdly organized site. The first time, I just typed Tangerine Pearl into the search box at the top of the page.
