2zwudz Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 (edited) I’m looking for recommendations where to find Parnelli Jones Mustang decals? I’ve done the search but came up with nothing. Any idea who makes them??? Edited January 28, 2020 by 2zwudz
Ace-Garageguy Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 My own 30-second search turned up a set made by Fred Cady. Shown to be out-of-stock in several locations. Maybe you can find an old set somewhere I didn't get to in 30 seconds.
vintagerpm Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Fred Cady used to produce a set. Might still find some floating around on eBay.

Didn’t know if someone else made them too.
vintagerpm Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Pattos Place in Australia makes a set for the car, but it doesn't have the "Vels Parnelli Jones" text. (FYI: The car didn't always run with that writing on it.) http://members.optusnet.com.au/pattosplace/home.html Stuff can sometimes be hard to find on the site. Click on "M", then scroll to the bottom of the listings to find it.
vintagerpm Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 There are a couple of Fred Cady sets on eBay right now. Although, even his do not have the "Vels Parnelli Jones" script.

Pattos Place set looks very accurate. Please note the side stripes were placed lower than on the street cars. Edited January 28, 2020 by vamach1

I do agree, the car in the first photo looks like a street car, as the car has a passenger seat. However, the big VPJ lettering was run on the race car at Riverside in 1970.
kitbash1 Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 Patto's has a sheet to do this and two other Mustangs. Google Patto's Place , he's in Australia.
