60-61 Falcon Dog Dish Hubcaps

Did anyone ever make resin 60-61 or up to 63 Ford Falcon Dog Dish/Poverty Hubcaps???

The latest reissue of the AMT '60 Ranchero has those hub caps.

They were also in one of the 64 Falcon kits from Trumpeter I have the kit and it's a great kit but to this day I can not understand why they put the 60/61 dog dish caps in it for me it worked out I used them on a resin 60 Falcon.

??? - I guess they were sleeping at the switch at 'Product Development', as you know, the 64 caps were quite ornate compared to the 60....

The best resin '60-'61 hubcaps I've seen come with the Jimmy Flintstone Econoline kits - they have the F O R D letters embossed and are shaped more accurately than the ones in the '60 Ranchero. Maybe check with him and see if you can order them separately?

Great tip...He should be at the NNL in NJ in April....

Modelhaus made them, cast with the wheels as one piece and chromed. I have an extra set.
